- Enquiries and quotes: your name, company, email, phone number, the job or site details you send us and any files you attach.
- Engineer and vendor applications: your name, contact details, location, skills, certifications, experience, day rates and any CV or documents you share.
- Partner enquiries: your name, company, role, contact details and coverage needs.
- Website use: basic technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and your light or dark mode choice. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver the work you book.
- To assess applications to join the Dexis network and match engineers to jobs.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we only send marketing emails if you have asked for them. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful bases
We rely on: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, where these are not outweighed by your rights; your consent, for example for optional cookies or marketing; and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed: with our hosting, email and IT providers; with engineers or partners who need job details to deliver a visit; with professional advisers and insurers; and with authorities where the law requires it. Each provider may only use the information to provide its service to us.

We work across the USA, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, so information may be transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years.
- Customer and partner records: 6 years after the end of the relationship.
- Engineer and vendor applications: while you are part of the network, and up to 2 years after you leave or are not selected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
